Effective August 2026 · applies to every Partner Circle referral partner (individuals, buildings/property managers, and moving companies)
You're the ground game that matters most. Every referral you send is a real customer trusting your recommendation, and we don't take that lightly. This program only works if it works for you too -- so here's exactly what you can expect from us, in plain language.
How commission works
Every partner starts at 10% of each eligible, completed, paid job. Your rate increases automatically as your total referred revenue grows -- no forms to fill out, no asking:
- 10% to start
- 12% once your referrals have generated $500 in eligible paid revenue, lifetime
- 15% once your referrals have generated $1,000 in eligible paid revenue, lifetime
For partners who joined on or after August 9, 2026, commission is capped at $20 per eligible job. Partners who joined before that date are not subject to the per-job cap.
Commission is earned once a referred job is completed and paid for. Canceled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or unpaid jobs don't earn commission. Payout method and schedule are up to you (Venmo, Cash App, or another method that works for you), set from your private portal.
Your data & privacy
This program runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure -- the same protective services (encrypted connections, DDoS protection, and access controls) that secure the rest of our operation. We have zero interest in compromising your information or your customers'.
We do not share your information, or any customer you refer, with anyone we aren't legally obligated to share it with. We keep a log of activity on your account (referrals submitted, emails sent, status changes) so nothing gets lost that isn't recoverable -- if something looks off, we can look back and sort it out.

We want this program to go smoothly on both ends, not just ours. That means real communication, accurate tracking, and being dedicated to actually paying out what we owe you, on the schedule you asked for.

Who's behind this
TV Install Chicago is currently operated as a sole proprietorship. That may change as we grow -- if it does, your referral history, commission balance, and partner status carry forward regardless of how the business is structured.
Changes to this program
As we add services and features, terms like commission structure, reward tiers, and program details are subject to change. We're actively looking for better ways to compensate our partners as this grows. Whenever something changes, we'll notify you directly by email before it takes effect -- you won't find out by surprise.
